Wilton Giant Cupcake Pan

I have been so honoured to be asked to make a Wedding Cake. A giant cupcake surrounded by smaller cupcakes, and take home cupcakes for the guests.

 The cake with be the Wilton Giant Cupcake with the Wilton Mini cupcake pan, which is a half size of the Giant pan. The cake is a dark fruit cake covered in marzipan and fondant. The colour theme is Royal Blue and White with a Viking theme.

I was very excited with the new pans and have made a few cakes so far in the giant pan.

    Looks good. Have been looking out for cupcakes in South America but they´re not a hit over here - especially down the Amazon.

    yeah i think the Amazon is prob cupcake-free! if you do happen across any cupcakes in South America tho, I would love some pics!!! luvs ya have a great time!!!
