hehe! Hope that everyone had a fantastic day celebrating either living in the best place in the world, or living abroad and loving where you are from!

I thought some Aussie cupcake lovin may be in order, so I have scoured the internet to see what i could find! I love these by Sugarbloom Cupcakes and Macarons .

Circus Clown Cupcakes Theme

The client was having a circus themed birthday and wanted some clown cupcakes! It was an extremely windy day and some of the smiling cupcake clowns ...well let's just say they did some amazing circus tricks which did involving ending upside down!! Here is one that left the tricks up to the others and survived!!

Wilton Giant Cupcake Pan

I have been so honoured to be asked to make a Wedding Cake. A giant cupcake surrounded by smaller cupcakes, and take home cupcakes for the guests.

 The cake with be the Wilton Giant Cupcake with the Wilton Mini cupcake pan, which is a half size of the Giant pan. The cake is a dark fruit cake covered in marzipan and fondant. The colour theme is Royal Blue and White with a Viking theme.

I was very excited with the new pans and have made a few cakes so far in the giant pan.
